How to change the cursor on the blog

1. Firstly you must log in to your blogger dashboard.
2. then Choose Design> Edit HTML, check Expand widget templates.
3. Find the code </ head> in your template by using the Ctrl F.
4. Copy CSS code below and place it right above the </ head>.
