rendang is one of Indonesian traditional foods originating from the Minangkabau. Rendang is made from beef, coconut milk and spices. This food has a spicy flavor and preferred by many people. Rendang is originated from the Minangkabau are often sold at each restaurant fields in Indonesia and the world even better known as rendang Rendang Padang when the origin is of Minangkabau.
The process of making rendang takes approximately 4 hours. Besides cooking rendang should be patient and painstaking we should not leave because when cooked rendang rendang should always be inverted in order to dry the coconut milk and spices are absorbed perfectly, with no burn or destroy flesh. The process of cooking rendang is known in modern culinary art with the term 'caramelization'. Because it uses many types of condiments, rendang is known to have a complex and unique flavor.

Rendang is a food that can last for 3 months without cooking and without changing the taste and the longer rendang in the store then it will be more comfortable.
