The tools used in the production process

Production activities are carried out at WIRA JAYA CV using the four main types of machines operated by workers who are skilled in the art. Several types of machines used are as follows:

1. Lathe

 

   The main function of a lathe is a machine has a different function to form a round matrial. Matrial can be done with a lathe can be either wood, mild steel (SS400), Carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, bronze, Teflon, PVC, PP or other non-metals matrial. The process of turning usually to make the matrial of Shaft, Cylinder rod, tube, pipe, bolts, nuts, pins or anything else that is round. 

2. Drilling and Milling 

       Milling machine is a machine capable of performing multiple tasks at least when compared to other machine tools. This is because these machines can be used on objects with flat or curved surfaces with excellent resolution and accuracy, are also useful for smoothing or leveling of the workpiece according to the desired dimensions.

3. Drill frais

Drill milling machine can be used to make holes with a variety of sizes and a quite high accuracy. When the engine is still good and precision, quality cutting tools and a highly skilled workforce will also be the result of precision and satisfying. 

4. Hydraulic Hand Press Machine 

 Hydraulic Press machine is a machine used for pressing metal or plastic with a very large pressure.

5. Carbide welding and ordinary welding
In general, carbide welding and welding functions almost the same ordinary connective tool through the process of melting metal to metal using heat energy from burning a mixture of acetylene gas and oxygen gas.
